In the meantime Meta Meyer née Strauss was deported to Trawniki in Poland - most likely on May 24, 1942.
According to Monica Kingreen the transport was headed towards KZ Majdanek near to Lublin within the so
called ”Generalgouvernement”. In her reply to Paula, Meta inserts the address of Camp Trawniki.
