The correspondence between the sisters may have crossed.
On May 20, 1942 Paula sent a note from ”Camp de Noe” in
France to her sister, Meta, because she assumed that she was still
in Frankfurt.
In the meantime, however, Meta had been deported too. So she
got Paula's note weeks later.
