Since Joseph considered himself
a German and ”Huenfelderite”, it was him, who particularly suffered from all that humiliation.
After all, as a young soldier he had
fought during WWI, he was esteemed
and acknowledged

as well as businessman all over the place.
No wonder that
his body and soul fell sick, and he didn’t want to be talked to, when on November 22nd a double-check of
the house by an official inspector - auditor - took place.
